When one looks at the clouds what does one think? When one looks at the clouds, how does one feel?
Well, this is a different way of using clouds.You can do this while you are outside sitting on your porch, laying on the cool grass, sitting inside in your most comfortable chair, or laying down on your
bed. I usually prefer to do this when laying down either outside or inside. In your mind just imagine a white puffy cloud. As you are looking at this cloud use your mind to touch the cloud. Feel the texture
of this cloud, feel how puffy it is, feel its coolness, become one with the cloud. As you become one with your cloud release all your emotions to the cloud. If your feel stress release your stress. If you
feel pain release your pain. Another words what ever you feel at that time release it and let it float away into your cloud. You can remain in your cloud as long as you like, drifting as you wish for the cloud is yours
and for this moment you are the cloud. When you leave, you leave all your tensions behind.
When you come back from your cloud you will feel new. This is also a great way to begin astral travel, healing, or just to take a moment for yourself. Just give it a try yourself and see.
